Well Good Morning CHURCH!  Seeing the many comments yesterday from most of you was marvelously encouraging.   In some strange way, I feel a heightened sense of fellowship with you.  Are we in process of “GROWING THROUGH THIS?”  I for one, believe we are doing exactly that!
Php 1:25    Convinced of this, I know that I will remain and continue with you all for your progress and joy in the faith,
The Message Bible has it...   So I plan to be around awhile, companion to you as your growth and joy in this life of trusting God continues.
A few more from the Message Bible...
Col 1:23  You don’t walk away from a gift like that! You stay grounded and steady in that bond of trust, constantly tuned in to the Message, careful not to be distracted or diverted. There is no other Message—just this one. Every creature under heaven gets this same Message. I, Paul, am a messenger of this Message.
Col 4:2   Pray diligently. Stay alert, with your eyes wide open in gratitude.
It’s important that we see that our encouragement comes from all of us.

Here’s some encouraging words from Carol Davis    3-26-20   I needed YOU to share in this
Hi!
I have been feeling rather isolated, like all of you, lately which got me thinking (as I do a lot) of my son, Brad.  When I think the months ahead loom before me, I think of the months he had before he passed.  He was in pain every day, weak, couldn't eat, was depressed and only had more of the same to look forward to for months until his treatment was over.  I definitely should be able to get through three months (or whatever it turns out to be) at my nice home, with plenty of food (EEK, another pound??), the ability to sleep, to keep busy, to read, to study God's Word, to converse with my friends and church family online and on the phone and to be with my wonderful husband.
We all need to count our blessings every day, because every day is a blessing from Him.  I believe we will get through this horrible time of trial with the help of our sweet elders, who are making our life without congregating as easy as they can make it. I know we are each contributing to keeping ourselves busy with the Word and with keeping in contact with our brothers and sisters.  We have received so many emails, texts and calls in the last couple of weeks from each of you with sincere offers of help and hope and just good visiting.  I know I will try to do the same for you in the days, week and months ahead.  The Lord intended for us to have a network of loved ones to rely on and to love and cherish.  We know we have that in our Rescue family.  Thank you for all you do and for being there for all of us.
God Bless You and Yours!!
My Prayer...
Father thank you for who your are!  Everything changes in our lives, but YOU O God do not change. We rest in that wonderful truth.  We trust in you O  God.  We know the end, you have shown it to us.  The VICTORY is in Jesus...  IT IS FINISHED!   We wait for HIS coming.  Bless this group of saints in Rescue.  Teach us to lift up your great name with increasing fervor!
Provide a powerful peace in our hearts as we grow in this time.  Draw us to you!
           In Jesus name      Amen
